Will Lanier is the Founder, CEO, and Agent of LSL and serves on its board of directors.
Presently, Will holds the position of member at The Alliance. Prior to this, he gained valuable experience by spending two years with New York Life, most recently serving as a manager and agent.
Lanier is a licensed agent in more than 43 states, with extensive experience in negotiations and the acquisition of intellectual property rights in the realm of capital racing sales and operations. His background includes overseeing LSL entire supply chain, sales operations, and service and support across various international markets and countries. He has also been instrumental in fostering strategic referrals and cultivating repeat business relationships, thereby ensuring effective communication in response to the evolving demands of the marketplace.
